Acceptance

By adding Shopkeep to your Discord server and connecting your Etsy account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

Use of the service

Shopkeep is provided as a convenience tool for Etsy sellers. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's and Etsy's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord server and your Etsy account.

No warranties

Shopkeep is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of notifications, or uninterrupted access to the service. Notifications may be delayed or missed due to API rate limits, network issues, or other factors outside our control.

Do not rely on Shopkeep as your sole source of order management. Always verify orders directly in your Etsy seller dashboard.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use Shopkeep, including missed order notifications or data loss.

Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Shopkeep at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shopkeep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
