What we collect

Shopkeep collects and stores only the data required to deliver order notifications to your Discord server.

• Your Discord server (guild) ID and the notification channel you configure
• Your Etsy shop ID
• Etsy OAuth access and refresh tokens, used solely to read your orders
• Order data from the Etsy API, including receipt IDs, timestamps, and item summaries

How we use it

Your data is used for one purpose: polling your Etsy shop for new orders and posting notifications to your configured Discord channel.

Your data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Storage

All data is stored in a SQLite database on the server running Shopkeep. Etsy OAuth tokens are used only to make authenticated API requests on your behalf.

Removing your data

Removing Shopkeep from your Discord server stops all order polling immediately. To have your stored data deleted from our database, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Third-party services

Shopkeep interacts with the Etsy API and the Discord API. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
